FTP Lock
The new FTP lock feature came into operation on Monday 15th February. If you need to access FTP please login to your control panel and choose the unlock feature on the right hand side before trying to connect with your FTP client.

Inactive Module
You should publish modules to the "inactive" position and set the Menus to "All", for them to show up on pages where there is no active menu ID. This is a bug/feature of Joomla that causes only menu items in the "All" setting to show up.
